− Anreiseempfang, Hotel 24 Std geöffnet, kein Ansprechpartner, Azubi alleine gelassen. Zimmerausstattung mässig, zu klein, zu eng, Schrift. Rechnung nicht möglich, allenfalls mit Gebühr von 1,50€, nur per E Mail.ungepflegte Terasse, Terassenmöbel nur teilweise vorhanden, kein Papierkorb im Zimmer. Personal hatte keine Kompetenz( ihre Aussagen) um Fragen zu beantworten Frühstücksbüffet nicht abwechslungsreich, wurde auch frühzeitig abgebaut, ca 10 Uhr, bis 10.30 Uhr war Frühstück angegeben.
