8.0Location
− Noise due to the location of the bedroom
Poor. Staff did not do the hotel proud. for the money and how it’s portrayed the staff were very poor
1.0it’s near the beach
− very confusing to get into room was very small for the price mattress was awful very noisey all night and couldn’t sleep
Disappointing
1.0Great location. Good breafast.
− I booked a standard double and was given a tiny room with an obstacle course approach; up stairs then down stairs to what felt like a prison cell. There was a bird poo stained metal staircase for a view. I asked for the room i booked, based on the oictures on the website and was charged £60 for an upgrade. I complained but the manager refused to negotiate. Based on my experience I would avoid this hotel.

− Some of the rooms are a bit of a maze to get to, up stairs and then down stairs
