1.0− Avoid this hotel – Severe bed bug infestation in a so-called 4-star property Rating: 1/10 We stayed at Kirikayan Boutique for 4 nights with our children and it was a nightmare. The room was infested with insects (almost certainly bed bugs). My children and I woke up covered in painful, extremely itchy bites on our hands, palms, fingers, legs, and body. The itching has been unbearable and the doctor said it could take several weeks to heal. This completely ruined our family vacation. I reported the problem to reception two days before checkout, but the hotel showed zero accountability. They refused any proper compensation and only offered a pathetic 400 Baht airport transfer as a "goodwill gesture". For a hotel charging 4-star prices, the extremely poor hygiene, lack of pest control, and dismissive attitude toward guests is completely unacceptable and shocking. They left a family to suffer without any real support. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel until they dramatically improve their cleaning standards and take guest safety seriously. Never again.

9.0Cet établissement est sur Chaweng Beach mais il est complètement au calme Car à la fin de la rue touristique. Très jolie piscine et une plage, magnifique Le personnel adorable a contribué à avoir un très beau séjour. Ma chambre etait en duplex avec une énorme baignoire en pierre…

9.0Camere molto belle su due piani, con vasca al piano di sotto, stupende Bellissima la piscina a sfioro sul mare e la possibilità di avere lettini gratuiti sul mare Personale molto gentile Colazione varia Posizione molto comoda Nota piacevole: vengono forniti ombrelli e borsa da mare gratuitamente
