Comfortable stay for visiting Rome.

We spent two nights here as our base to Rome. It is very secure with a gated entry and keypad access to the site and room. It fit five comfortably as we were given the apartment for five people. The floor is all tile so wear slippers if you have cold feet. The stairs to the lower part of the apartment are tiled so I fell but I'm clumsy so just be careful. Mrs. Elena let us in and between her limited English and our horrible Italian, we made it just fine. She was very helpful and friendly. We had laundry done but be aware it can take hours and not be completely dry. No problem, we just hung them up and had clean clothes. The train to Rome is about a 5 minute walk. It comes every hour and you buy the tickets at the sports bar on the left side of the station then validate them at the little stand at the station. It's a nice area with many places to eat within walking distance and very affordable. I highly recommend this as a comfortable and affordable alternative if you don't want to deal with the crowding in Rome.

Het was gezellig ,rustig en zit het mooie uit van buiten en binnen . Schoon en netjes . De personeel waren aardig en behulpzaam ,,. zeer professioneel en vriendelijk.

Très bel appartement, grand frigo-congélateur, spacieux, peu de vaisselle mais suffisante pour quelques jours, produit vaisselle + éponge fournis, draps, serviettes et savons. Parking gratuit fermé. Au bout de la rue, gare Pavona pour aller à Rome (non testé, nous avions une voiture). Pour se rendre à ce logement, nous avons eu un bouchon monstre (c'était un vendredi soir - mi-juillet 2016)c'est un gros problème dans le secteur, idem pour aller à la plage... Situé à 20 mn de la station de métro Anagnina où vous avez un parking (1.50 euro pour 12 heures)de là vous pouvez aller au centre de Rome en métro (1.50 euros le trajet) en 15-20 mn environ (très pratique et facile) Egalement situé à 20 km de la mer (plage Tor vaianica)

Great rooms with an eating area outside

This hotel is a ways from Rome, but the train station is nearby. The service was great, the room was spacious, clean and had a nice kitchenette. One problem was that the bathroom doors were hard to lock, and in the end we just gave up on it. There is a nice area outside to eat, and downtown Pavona is not too far away for a bit of shopping.
