8.0Good hotel, considering its a 3 star hotel. Excellent location, smallish rooms, comfortable stay, great food from the restaurant. Suitable enough for solo or business travelers.

2.0Horrible experience. Staff is incompetent and scammers. Room not maintained well, no body wash, shampoo or toilet paper. Paid 7k for 2 nights and additional 3k for extra person? Ridiculous. Went to check in at 1am and the guy is sleeping? Seriously! Booked a room with queen bed and have us 2single bed together (with wheels) so it kept moving during sleep. This is what they call 4 star boutique hotel? Don’t waste your money!
