− I flew in for a funeral and paid three hundred a night the ac wasn’t on in the hallway or room and luckily I found the lady in a different room that could help turn it on but @12 front desk called and asked me what time I was leaving at and I was waiting on my ride so maybe 12:30 and the guy was like we have a turnover for this room and it was a request and not one cleaning person on that floor but funny how he said to bring my belongs in the front desk area and some guy was laying on the couch and it’s so hot my daughter and I went outside looking like homeless so sad and embarrassing especially too during a heatwave.. never again will I ever recommend this to my family or friends idk what happened to customer service not even one person to help us with our bags or elevator

5.0− Unterbringung für 1 Nacht im 2. Geschoss. Ständiges Licht vor jeder Zimmertür, das eine Unmenge von Insekten anlockt und in den Tod treibt. Deswegen macht die Außenanlage an der Seeseite einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Im großen und ganzen Putzleistung zu wenig. Für den Standard viel zu hoher Preis.
