Unprofessional Receptionist

Dear Manager, I would like to formally raise a concern regarding our recent check-in experience. The receptionist, Bahar, was not very welcoming and did not handle our situation professionally. We arrived only one hour late; however, we had already fully paid for the room in advance and reconfirmed our booking two days prior to our check-in date. Despite this, we felt that our room had been given to other guests. What was most disappointing was the manner in which the situation was handled. There was no apology offered, and the communication lacked courtesy and professionalism. As paying guests, we expected better service and basic respect. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and that Bahar receive additional training, particularly on handling booking issues, communicating politely with guests, and managing concerns with professionalism and empathy. We hope this feedback will help improve the service experience for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Wonderful day at Horizon Doha

I had a wonderful stay at Horizon doha! The location was perfect near to Souq and also corniche .The staff were very friendly and helpful.Especially thanks to Manal from the front desk.She was welcoming and accommodating right from the start of I checked in.The room was pretty cool. I ordered foods from IRD also. That was quick and the food was delicious. Only one thing is u can hear the music from the club from upstairs. Other things are fantastic .

Otel guzel eşyalar falan güzeldi konumu çok güzel gizelecek 4 locasyon otele yürüme mesafesinde metoruya yürüme 6 dk otelin içinde birkaç tane gece kulübü var onlar da müzik de güzeldi. Lobide yemekleri güzel bir restoranda mevcut.tavsiye ederim.

If you like to party, this is the place: the building has clubs and a rooftop bar. Music can be heard from the rooms up to 1am. Good breakfast available for a fee. Although the gym is quite small, bedrooms are spacious.

1. Extremely loud noise from nightclubs inside the hotel and directly above the rooms, making it impossible to rest. 2. Elevators constantly overcrowded with non-residents attending parties, causing delays and a lack of security. 3. Food remains and scattered dishes left in the hallways, creating unhygienic conditions. 4. Dirty, stained carpets in the rooms, along with a very noisy air-conditioning system. 5. At reception, there is an open nightclub entrance which all guests must pass to reach the elevators. This is highly inappropriate for a family or tourist hotel. 6. Hotel staff were unfriendly and unhelpful at all times. 7. The in-room safe was not functioning and could not be used. Request: I kindly ask you to investigate these violations, reconsider the hotel’s rating, and take the necessary measures to protect consumers and visitors from misleading practices.
