10.0櫃檯服務態度非常好，提醒我們加入IHC會員後還讓我們 early check in & delay check out! 房間非常乾淨，床鋪很舒適。Lounge 東西不多，但是有club lounge 的資格就可以用club guest 去跟樓下 Manhattan bar 領取house wine or house beer。健身房設備超級齊全，整體非常棒！

7.0All was great. Nice view, blackout curtains, 6th floor so wasn't noisy. Could open a window. Aircon was good. Nice space. Fridge quite small but adequate for us. The location for the city of Amsterdam was ok, a 15 min metro ride away, and a 5 min walk to the metro. The location felt like a Central Business District that's deserted on a weekend. Their own Japanese restaurant was great and I'm glad we tried it.
− The promotion of not cleaning daily to save water, etc. also means you don't get any top up of teabags/milk/etc. which meant we asked for new towels everyday. The fan in the bathroom only worked sporadically, so it was usually all steamed up (we kept forgetting to mention this to staff, so our fault nothing changed), but to have a whole bathtub was wonderful (not that we used it!). The lack of air circulation in the bathroom meant it was impossible to dry towels, hence the daily change.
