− I have been staying at this hotel for a while now and although it is ok for short business trips, they really need to renovate the rooms now. Particularly upper floor rooms are really old now.

− Limited food option, would have liked a more neutral food option instead of only Japanese and the standard bar.
The hotel is conveniently located, but our stay was not without issues
6.0The location is excellent in terms of being quickly reachable from the airport by train. This is one of the main reasons why we chose the hotel. We also wanted a hotel room with a bathtub, which is becoming increasingly rare, and this one had that. The breakfast was good. Also, the room itself, was large and the bed was comfortable.
− The checkin process required a careful examination of all of the passports including my spouse and child, taking longer than at the passport control at the airport. It is unclear why the hotel staff asked for all of the passports, by law, they only need the main guests ID. When we entered the room, it turns out that: the sofa bed had not been made up, with only 2 two pillows for 3 people, with towels provided for only one person. The bathtub drain was extremely slow; the shower drain was also severely blocked. Taking a very short shower resulted in water accumulating and spilling out of the shower onto the bathroom floor. The bathtub once filled, would take a half an hour or more to drain out. The bottom of the shower already showed visible signs of water damage, suggesting that this was not a new or unexpected problem. The window blind covering the nicest view from the room was broken, making it impossible to properly use or enjoy the view. The staff seemed overwhelmed and left us hanging with no resolution when we asked for a step stool for our child. Overall, this hotel was a disappointment, but the hotel manager did offer me some points in recognition of the various issues, so there is hope still.
