10.0Old world charm just footsteps away from the cathedral. The breakfast was worth purchase. The room had everything we needed with a beautiful view of the village below. We would definitely stay here again.

6.0It was impossible to drive to the hotel without special instructions, which we received only after having parked some distance away and walking with our luggage to check in. After I received the special instructions and retrieved my car from the public parking lot it took a long time to get to the hotel since road construction and detours blocked the route recommended by Google maps, which I was using to navigate. The desk clerk was away from the desk for 30 minutes or more in the morning when I was waiting to pay for breakfast and check out.
