Comfy room in a great location, but don't try to park a car

Well located in the center, and rooms/beds are comfy (equipped with extra pillows). But the rooms do vary quite a bit, so it's a luck of the draw regarding which room you get. We stayed in 4 different rooms during our time in Yerevan. Two of them were spacious, and two were tiny. Two of them (19 & 20) had a bidet in the toilet, and two (10 & 23) did not. One room (19) had a dripping air-con (and for some reason they wouldn't come fix it, and they wouldn't even give us an extra towel to soak up the water all over the table it was dripping on). One room (10) had a window that wouldn't seal all the way, so the wind outside caused a loud whistling noise all night while we were sleeping, LOL. But all of it was manageable enough, and still a fine experience for the price. Breakfast varied every day, some days better than others, but always adequate (they could make it a lot better by providing some fresh Shoti Puri bread). Elina at the reception desk is very nice. The refrigerators were small but sufficient.

− This hotel is not ideal if you are driving a car. While they technically do have a small lot allocated for guests, getting in and out of it is extremely challenging, and there is a angry fat man from a neighboring property who yelled at us every time we drove into the courtyard.

Отель находится в самом центре Еревана, ресторан с огромной террасой, с которой виден город и Арарат . Нормальный завтрак , комната со всем необходимым. Особую благодарность хочу выразить ребятам, которые работали на рецепции. Со мной случилась неприятность, я оставила свой телефон в такси и они мне старались помочь найти этого водителя , помогли зарегистрироваться на рейс, потому что вся информация была в телефоне, вызвали такси . Пожертвовали своим личным временем ради меня. Я не смогла насладиться красотами Еревана, но зато я встретила прекрасных молодых ребят, которые не бросили меня, а старались помочь всеми силами. Удача улыбнулась мне и телефон нашелся. Таксист оказался тоже очень порядочным человеком. Одним словом, Ереван меня покорил своими отзывчивыми людьми. 😍

Расположение отеля удобное для пеших прогулок по городу. Гугл навигатор не показывает правильную точку для въезда. Есть парковка. Хорошие завтраки на террасе на верху. В целом все достаточно хорошо

− Запах из туалета канализацией, подтекающая душевая, из-за которой нас еще оштрафовали, так как вода льется через край и затекает в прихожую

Location. Clean towels. Breakfast was good. Nice staff at breakfast.

− Complete disregard for basic hospitality standards and check-in timing, especially for a hotel charging $100 + per night. I arrived at 2:10 PM, and the receptionist politely told me that check-in was at 3:00 PM. No problem—I agreed and came back at 3:10 PM. My room was still not ready. When I understandably expressed my frustration, the receptionist rudely replied, "Check-in can be at 4 PM or even 6 PM." There was no apology at all. To make matters worse, instead of taking responsibility, she suggested that I cancel my Booking.com reservation and pay in cash directly to the hotel for a 2,000 AMD discount. It seemed like an attempt to bypass the Booking.com system and cover up their mistake. I consider this disrespectful to guests and a clear violation of Booking.com's rules. I strongly do not recommend this hotel, especially if you're a tired traveler expecting a smooth check-in.
