Rude and disrespectful staff
1.0The front desk staff made my wife and children’s stay very unpleasant. Everything is an argument with them. Never stay here.
Location was good - short I drive to Hasting Street. The pillows were flat please put new pillows in.

9.0We had a trendy and comfortable apartment. Also the first apartment with a nespresso coffee maker. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped.

Nosa nice for first visit, unit was disappointing.
3.0Location to friends is the reason for selecting this place. secured parking was good for a hired car.
− The unit is tired and needs attention. Wasn't clean behind doors and other areas. The toilet roll holder was coming off the wall. The bed mattresses where not comfortable. The main room door didn't close. No lift made it difficult to get upstairs too.
The staff make this resort a very sad place.
3.0The apartment 33 was nice. Staff horrible.
− The maintenance and noise that we only got a email 3 days prior to advise that maintenance was going on and still paid full rates.
