9.0On arrival the external look of the Tavern was a little outdated. However, the on site parking was fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Bathroom clean. The on site bistro restaurant was convenient as the day we arrived was raining and cold it was just pleasant to dine in house. Great food and reasonably priced. Our Thursday overnight stay was pleasant and quiet. Easy check in and easy check out. Value for money.
− Room did not have a kettle (shared kitchen nearby) On site Restaurant does not serve breakfast. Room views nothing fantastic but we were only there to sleep

9.0Top value. Really good sized room. Bathroom clean and well sized. Location was nice and central to drive somewhere. Had no drama getting a park
− It’s a pub so we knew it could be loud and it was Saturday night so you can hear the music downstairs but you get what you pay for and they close at 12 so it was ok
