A very beautiful traditional Moroccan hotel, located right between the dunes. With a big pool and very tasty food, we had an amazing experience. Totally recommend!

Gateway to the Sahara

This truly felt like the gateway to the Sahara - the sand dunes literally come up to the edge of the hotel (literally closer than some of the luxury camps!) and the views of the Sahara are absolutely incredible. Admiring the desert while swimming in the pool? Yes please! The hotel is on the rustic side, but felt very authentic to the desert. Breakfast was included and the selection was great. Although we did not eat dinner here, we did hear from our travel companions that it was a bit underwhelming for the price - so may be good to have backup options. We booked a separate camel trek so did not use the hotel for excursions but there were lots to choose from. Would recommend (worth it for the views alone!)

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Every detail was taken care of, making us feel relaxed and well looked after. The adventures we had were absolutely unforgettable , each day was filled with excitement and discovery. And let’s talk about the view from the room and the swimminpool … simply breathtaking. the scenery was picture-perfect and left us speechless every time and also.how quiet and peaceful isthe place . I can't recommend this place enough. If you're looking for a magical moment in the desert , this is the place !unforgettable experiences, and views that will stay with you forever — this is it!

We had the most amazing stay in the desert!

If you're planning to visit the Merzouga Desert, Kanz Erremal Hotel is absolutely the best option. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, they assisted us with everything we needed. Also they organised the best excursions around the desert and towns. While enjoying a peaceful day by the swimming pool, you also get to take in the spectacular views of the desert it’s truly unforgettable. I 100% recommend this experience so much that I’m already planning to go back next year!
