9.0Good property. A decent stay. Came with my family. My daughter enjoyed the pool.
− Service is okay not great. Example in the children's swimming pool a kid had puked and the staff didn't inform us and we stayed in the pool for half an hour. A guest had to inform us and then we moved to the larger pool. The cart service is not upto mark. Sometimes it takes ages to come. Room cleaning staff is not adequate, had to remind them 4- 5 times for them to clean the room. These are the reasons why a Taj cannot be an oberoi.

9.0Everything!! Lush green property, structure of the building, rich food, hospitality at par!! Special mention of Jagan who warmly served us while dining. Kudos to entire team for maintaining the legacy of the Taj!!
