10.0The hotel lady (so sorry, I can't remember her name) was so lovely, friendly and helpful. She made our experience of Oamaru even better. She was so knowledgeable, and when I mentioned my shoes were wet, she gave me a shoe warmer to dry them out. Definitely went over and above to give us a pleasant stay. Thankyou

8.0The accommodation is close to the main road, but it is not too noisy. A lot of restaurant and fastfood nearby.
− The accommodation is a 2-storey building without elevator. It is better to stay in ground level for easy luggage delivery.
