Disappointment = my last visit there
6.0The disappointment. Prices remain high, but the standard goes down. Nice and friendly staff does the best, but management seems not to care about guests.

8.0To be clear, this hotel is quiet, comfortable and keeps the charm of the Art Deco design. Staff is helpful and friendly. It is very close to the health equipments of the city. You can have a nice stay there separated from the crowd of the lower city area hotels. However this is not a 5 star hotel. The available services (restaurant closed on our arrival and card very small), equipments (spa area very small and on reservation only …), the sanitary measures (most of staff not wearing mask) are not even at the level of a 4 star hotel. The price is thus mainly justified by the silence and calm atmosphere. But don’t expect a Palace.

10.0Absolutely fantastic service. The restaurant in particular was amazing, once of the best meals I've had in Poland and very reasonably priced. Wonderful pool/sauna area. Everything spotlessly clean. Very professional with COVID precautions, very safe hotel. Perfect!
