10.0Everything was very good from reception to room service. The staff is very polite and friendly, responsive within minutes. I really liked the breakfast buffet. The only thing is that there's a problem with the shower drain..and I hope they fix it. Again, staff is very well trained and helped me at checking out. Checking in/out were very good. My issue was with my booking. I booked a hotel apartment with Expedia but when arriving it was a hotel suite in another building of the same hotel. I had to go around 3 locations of the hotel to find my booking.

6.0It was the worse experience sow far in the life Bad service. Iron was burnt. Cooking pans were burnt I had to buy my own Fridge wasn’t cooling properly Cook top was no good Living room sofa fabric was ripped and patched I looked at the other room which local Arab customer had was much better I was counting days when I would leave
