4.0The water pressure and temperature in the showers at the spa were good.
− Noisy - from people driving in the bar outside until late at night to doors slamming shut from 6am, the noise would kept me awake or woke me up. The room was very hot, couldn’t cool down as the temperature controls wouldn’t work. Dinner in the Waterside restaurant was below average, burnt food, meal spilt on one of the guests and a long wait for food.

4.0The room and the view was nice. There were silverfish in the bathroom. But the decor was nice, the mattress needed changing also.
− Part of the weddings are held in the conservatory of the dining area and when they evacuated they are noisy it was below our room. Spa facilities were broke, the spa is full of damp. Paid to use the thermal spa to find out anyone can just use it as the doors are open and there is no-one to stop them.
