10.0Good cosy rooms, great shower, breakfast was really good, plenty of options. My daughter has coeliac, staff couldn't have been any more helpful. Had dinner both nights we stayed, food was excellent serving staff were very good.

9.0Lovely hotel with friendly staff. We were given a free upgrade which was unexpected but much appreciated. Room was large, clean and very comfortable.
− Everything was great but no aircon. It is an old building so understandable and a very good fan was supplied in the room so no problems for us personally. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.
The hotel needs to address the damp problem and install air conditioning.

− Our room had areas of damp by the window. One of the windows would not stay open properly. It was hot weather on our visit and the room was an uncomfortable temperature even though a fan was provided.
