10.0It was a lovely room, very well decorated, lovely and clean with nice little touches like a chocolate by the bed etc. It was quiet - not much noise from outside.

Very disappointing.
3.0It was reasonably close to Wimbledon Village and right on the beautiful common.
− The room was shabby, black mould in the shower, towel heater rails taken off leaving ugly holes I’m in the wall. Very disappointing continental breakfast, full of processed foods and left outside room the burger before. The heater in the room did not work and I experienced a freezing night. No staff around.

9.0Breakfast was ok but there was only one bowl and one plate for 2 people. Although there were cereals for 2 there was no milk in the fridge so we were unable to eat them and at 8.30 there was no one about to ask.

− It’s self checkout in the morning as no staff no unable to get an invoice. I’ve asked numerous times for an invoice and still haven’t received one.
