8.0Lage ist toll, direkter Zugang zu den Thermen ist toll, Frühstück ist toll. Der Rest na ja. Viel Lärm durch Bauarbeiten - das ist je nach Reisezeit dann halt persönliches Pech. Und ein paar Euro könnten in ein gutes W-Lan investiert werden - das ist heutzutage eigentlich Pflicht.

8.0Das Hotel macht von außen keinen guten Eindruck und versprüht den Charm eines sanierungsbedürftigen Plattenbaus- was bei näherer Betrachtung allerdings so nicht zutrifft. Das Innenleben ist angenehm und modern, bis auf den im Zimmer befindlichen, ehemaligen Kühlschrank, dessen Tür mittels Schraube notdürftig unbrauchbar verschlossen wurde....warum nur? Das Frühstück ist im Gegensatz zum sonstigen Speiseangebot und dessen Qualität sehr gut. Das Hotel ist offenbar personell unterbesetzt, ein Entscheidungsträger ist selten vor Ort, so dass halt keine verbindlichen Aussagen durch die verbliebenen Azubis trotz aller Bemühungen getroffen werden können. Das Hotel lebt von der Therme und die ist wirklich toll.
