9.0Розташування, персонал, сніданок все добре.
− Був 505 номер, виходять вікна у двір. Ввечері воняє витяжкою в номері з коридора, і вікна виходять на обладнання з ресторану, тому шумить і воняє. Ліжко вже трохи пролежане, відчуваються пружини, спати не дуже комфортно.

10.0Чудовий персонал. Прекрасна локація - все дуже поруч. Дуже чисто. Насправді, чудовий готель!
− Місце розміщення - це одночасно як величезний плюс, так і мінус. Нажаль не всі нетверезі співвітчизники на вулиці розуміють, що деяка кількість людей вночі все ж сплять. Скажені крики з вулиці лунають навіть серед ночі (в коменденську годину)

− Було відключення води через збій електроенергії, але все вирішили за 5хвилин
Гарне растошування (історичний центр), доброзичливий і приемний персонал, чисто і затишно. Дякую.)
