6.0The property is very old styled. We had to beg them to pick us from the airstrip. They had our booking, knew we were coming , marketed their ballon safaris and ignored our messages to pick us. Eventually they pucked us. One managed claimed we had not paid our accommodation despite the fact that we had paid before arrival. Another staff said our accommodation was fully paid in advance. Sarova is much better. We visited Sarova they welcomed very well even though we were not staying there. They offered us free drinks. Sarova service is great. We will not stay in Muthu Kekoorok again.

10.0We stayed 2 nights, the property was beautiful right in the middle of Masai Mara. The rooms were good except that they were a little too dark. Little more lighting would have been good. We had the presidential suite so we had the whole suite to ourselves which was nice. Food was good, lot of variety (vegetarian and indian food options). One downside was power getting cut both nights we were there for a little time.

4.0Towels were bad. No hot water in the bathroom. Had to have a cold shower in the morning at checkout. Complained at the reception. No response. Staff and the barman were rude. Will not use this property again.
