6.0This is the hotel I had stayed at twice before, and unfortunately, this time the experience was much less enjoyable. I was staying with my family, and I was very disappointed — perhaps partly due to my own misunderstanding — to discover that the children were not allowed to use the pool. The mattress was also not of a good quality, but the worst part was the lack of sleep for two consecutive nights. Due to a malfunction, the alarm went off in the middle of the night two nights in a row, completely ruining our sleep. At the end of the day, sleep is the most basic and essential thing you come to a hotel for. Having two nights of sleep disrupted by a hotel alarm was extremely frustrating and significantly affected our stay.
