− The extremely noisy air-conditioning that I had to turn off. Then there was a continual noise which sounded like water leaking or dripping. And the cleaner on duty continued to insist on coming into the room while we were in there although I asked her not to. I said I would like towels please and she kept going on about wanting to come in and get the rubbish, even though I assured her there was none and it was not a good time.
