10.0The hotel was exceptionally clean. We enjoyed the staff as they we friendly and helpful. Our only issue was that they did not have airport pick-up since the driver was on vacation.

8.0First class facilities but not a lot of stores or restaurants in the general vicinity. Of course there is a restaurant in the hotel and the breakfast options are excellent. The cost of taxis to / from the airport should be about 3,000 CFA.
Smelly rooms and poor internet
4.0Most of the rooms were smelly inside, I assume due to lack of proper ventilation. The internet was extremely slow.

4.0Staff not very friendly (one or two exceptions), meals not as per Ibis brochure, charges for everything (drinking water!), poor wifi, etc., etc.
