4.0The hotel itself was nice enough although it seemed like it was trying to be of a higher caliber than it actually is. Unfortunately, I had a poor experience with the staff at this hotel. When checking in, the front desk staff were not friendly and laughing with each other after questions were asked. This happened at check out as well. Additionally, when trying to clarify the confusing layout of the hotel, the gentlemen at the front desk responded sarcastically and was unhelpful. It was disappointing as I had high hopes for this stay but I will not be returning and will not be recommending this hotel either.

An aswesome place to stay
10.0Excellent location. The breakfast is much better than most paid options in other hotels. It was truly marvelous. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The cozy pool is perfect for families with children. When we departed, we even received a cup as a souvenir along with a promo code for our next visit. I highly recommend this place!

8.0The lobby and bar are verry luxurious but all the other parts of the hotel are a bit out dated. Also they want your credit card information writen down even when you have booked with expedia, maybe should have been mentiond somewhere.
