6.0الموظفين من البوابة إلى الاستقبال كانوا رائعين واحترافيين كذلك موظف المسبح كان متعاونا.
− الفندق فيه أعمال تطوير لذلك لا تشعر بإقامة في فندق خمس نجوم والمرافق متوسطة المستوى. بوفيه الإفطار والاستقبال في مكان واحد ولا يوجد مكان مفتوح على الخارج في كل الفندق. موقف مزعج حصل لي مع الفندق يجعلني لا أعود له مجددا ( بعد خروجي ب خمس ساعات تلقيت رسالة مع صورة تتهمني بأنني قمت بحرق الموكيت مع العلم بأنني لم أستخدم أي شيء يسبب الاحتراق ولم أدخن داخل الغرف خصوصا بأنني كنت أتواجد خارج الغرفة طيلة اليوم ولدي أطفال)

10.0I had a wonderful stay at La Cigale Hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the elegant rooms and excellent facilities to the delicious breakfast and outstanding hospitality. A special thank you to Jezel, Thilina, Mahmoud, and Adriene for their exceptional kindness, professionalism, and warm welcome. They made my stay truly memorable and always went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend La Cigale Hotel to anyone visiting Doha, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!
