6.0Staff were lovely. Decor in property and room was beautiful.
− Lack of power sockets meant had to put kettle on floor to use it which is a hazard. Would have preferred mugs as opposed to tiny tea cups. Really need a bigger table for tea tray and kettle. Poor quality TV and remote for TV did not work.

10.0We loved everything about this fabulous place. Our room was beautiful and the bed was super comfy. We had breakfast on the two days we were staying and the breakfast was fantastic! This gorgeous hotel is a gem situated in the heart of the lovely town of Ruthin. Thank you Gavin for making our stay so special.
