10.0Had a great stay, the breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had and included a self cook egg station. You cannot really walk to the ski lift though. It's a bus ride to the silvretta bahn but the bus stops at the hotel.

6.0Der Check-in und Check-out war eine Zumutung. Obwohl ich die Buchung im Vorfeld über Hotel.com (Expedia) bezahlt hatte, sollte ich nochmals bezahlen. Beim Check-in, welches ca. 30 Minuten gedauert hat, wurde mir danach gesagt, ich hätte ja direkt über Explorer buchen können damit wären diese Probleme nicht entstanden. Was ich als eine bodenlose Frechheit empfunden hatte. Beim Check-out ging es dann wieder von Vorne los. Das Management sollte Ihre Prozesse überdenken und das Personal richtig schulen.
