Love the hotel and location, very disappointed with room
8.0Location excellent, quaint, lovely features in hotel.
− Disappointed with the room for the price we paid. Very expensive rate for such a small room, very poor value for money. Well below the standard we expected.
Short ,we were limited on time .
5.0I chose the Feathers due to its location ,which was perfect . Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which in this day and can be a challenge ,always a great positive for me when travelling , this can sometimes cover for the negatives . Some good little add ons ,if you were staying for Live at Ludlow .
− I thought the cost of the room seemed a tad expensive ,considering breakfast wasn't included and also at first I believed the parking was chargeable. However it is summer and make hay when the sun shines ! The Bathroom tiles had a lot of grout missing from them ,which didn't look great
Overall observation
9.0We have had a lovely breakfast location ,all the staff are welcoming friendly helpful rooms clean and comfortable food was very nice would recommend to friends .
− Breakfast cereals are a little limited and croissants too have had better selections at other hotels

9.0Location was great. A quirky hotel with parking. Staff all very friendly and helpful.
− The Christmas tree being put up in reception and Christmas leaflets in the toilets in July !
Great Hotel in fantastic location
9.0The staff notably the lovely lady on reception, car park, lift and sensational room (251) Very nice beer from Ludlow brewery.
− No toilet brush. Sausages could've done with a bit longer under the grill!
