10.0Lovely quiet setting. Ready friendly and engaging staff. Dinner was very good indeed at a price which I thought was incredibly good value for money. I will certainly be back.

Disaster
1.0I never actually booked it for myself, but for my partner, as a stop over after already being let down my booking.com , so I can’t comment on this really.
− My score choices are based on the fact that between The Bankfoot Inn & Booking.com, from the word go was just nothing short of a shambles My partner has health issues & therefore needs her own en-suite, it’s an absolute MUST for her. She was left feeling very let down, and therefore could not actually stay overnight at the property. She has actually been unwell since she got home through the sheer stress she was put through in one night. I have sent email to the hotel and booking.com requesting a full refund, but it appears no one wants to take responsibility for this whole thing. Quick enough to take my money though, so please address this matter accordingly & refund me ASAP as I will be taking this further if I don’t receive it. Very very disappointed ( and regular ) booking.com customer!!! Ian Campbell

− Petty little thing, but the holder for soap, shower gel, shampoo is utterly hopeless!, everything falls straight through. Really annoying to have to keep picking things from the floor of the shower!!
Fantastic traditional Scottish Inn, very welcoming and super cozy.
10.0Staff were so friendly and keen to help. We stayed for a wedding in Dunkeld and were very supportive around travel etc.
