Lovely secluded stay close to Cragside
8.0Lovely location with country decor. Extremely quiet surroundings and a fantastic pub downstairs with excellent drinks and food. The staff were all amazing.

− The room was small (room 5), the bedlinen and bedding was not very high quality (good quality bottom sheet). The bathroom door didn't shut, the bar shut (on a Saturday night) by 2215. Definitely not worth £157

8.0Quirky coaching inn. Decent local food. Value for money. Craster kippers and local steaks were highlights. Staff well trained and friendly.
− With climate change our bedroom really needed a c. It was difficult to sleep in the hot weather. We only had one chair between us. An easy chair would have been nice.
Please note that the private bathroom can only be accessed via spiral stairs.
