10.0Đội ngũ nhân viên nhiệt tình, thân thiện. Vị trí của resort nằm cạnh hồ Tuyền Lâm, có rừng nguyên sinh nên không khí trong lành, cảnh quan thiên nhiên. Phòng rất sạch sẽ, rộng rãi, nội thất tiện nghi, đẹp. Không gian mang phong cách Châu Âu. Các dịch vụ đúng như giới thiệu trên website.
Beautiful location and great staff but the room is not of the standing of a five star

− They were not AC in the room, no mosquito net around the bed so we were bothered a lot during the night by mosquito.
- The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For bookings made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
