9.0В готель заселялась перший раз. Приїхала о 7 годині ранку, залишила речі в готелі, а сама пішла поснідати і погуляти містом. Персонал дуже ввічливий. На любі питання завжди дають відповідь. Розташування готелю в центрі міста, до площі Ринок хвилин 5-10 пішки. Поряд багато різних закладів, де можна поїсти. Сніданок в готелі смачний - шведський стіл.
− Єдине, що не сподобалося, це голосна музика пожильців зверху о першій ночі - до готелю претензій немає.

10.0Utterly superb hotel. Lovely room, very high standard of furnishings, extremely clean, friendly staff, best location, quiet, great value. Faultless. My room was next to the room that Zelensky has stayed in. The previous two presidents have visited the hotel too. It’s that kind of place.
