− It’s a little tired and the shower was poor.

− No air con and the room was incredibly hot.

2.0− They rely on self service check-in, the machine wasn't working and the staff member behind the desk did not seem to know how to search the bookings and check us in. It was 35 degrees in our room at midnight, the windows did not open fully. The bathroom was tired and shabby, water pressure low and there was no hot water.
Good to know
The GBP 20 allowance per person for dinner can be used on items from the Half Board menu.
