Hotel bom e equipe prestativa, mas precisa um pouco de atenção
8.0Equipe sempre muito atenciosa. Check in rápido. Quarto e demais instalações sempre limpas e perfumadas. Café da manhã bom e com itens frescos todos os dias. Serviço de praia bom. Restaurante do hotel é excelente.
− Check out um pouco demorado. Apenas uma colaboradora para fazer check in, check out, atender hóspedes, telefone e entregadores ao meio-dia. Hotel bom, mas muito cansado. As toalhas tanto do quarto quanto de piscina são cheirosas, mas velhas. O quarto é bom, mas sem muita manutenção de pintura, verniz todo desgastado dos móveis e cadeiras, falta renovação (todos os metais do banheiro estão oxidados por ser litoral, mas alguns como o porta papel do vaso sanitário está completamente enferrujados). O armário para roupas fica dentro do banheiro e não tem quase nada de ventilação pois as janelas são fixas então há mofo nos cantos da parede e as roupas ficam úmidas. Na piscina há poucas espreguiçadeiras. Há saguis no hotel e nos quartos não há rede de proteção, então quando sai do quarto não tem como deixar as janelas abertas. As camareiras limpam bem os quartos, mas conversam demasiadamente alto nos corredores parecendo uma reunião diária com elas conversando distantes umas das outras o que torna o ambiente sem nenhum silêncio para quem quiser descansar no período da tarde, que é o que concentra mais as limpezas (infelizmente ficamos no setor que fica o depósito de toalhas e enxoval).

9.0O café da manhã é bem variado e com muitas frutas. Os quartos são bem confortáveis e a equipe de atendimento é bastante prestativa. Gostei muito do ambiente do hotel.
