Disappointing.
6.0Location was good and the area is expensive so the price was OK. The room is comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful when I arranged for a delivery at the hotel.
− I ate only one evening at the restaurant upstairs. The meal was very poor and I woke up in the middle of the night with a very bad stomach that went on for several days. The hotel has offered a discount on any subsequent stays but I was not happy.

4.0I like only the location, and there is nothing else.
− Indeed, I didn't like the facility. When we arrived in the room, there was an A/C water leak and the sink was blocked. We called the staff more than 4 times to report the issue by phone. Then I personally visited reception to inform them of the issue, as no one was coming to fix it. Then, only one issue was resolved: the sink blockage. Then, until we checked out, the A/C kept dripping water, and no one fixed the issue, so we were disappointed.
