10.0Beautiful room, very friendly hosts. Comfortable bed. Biscuits and chocolates in the room were a nice surprise. Lovely breakfast. Probably only downside was it wasn't that warm, but there was a plug-in heater in the bedroom.

8.0Very homely b&b - we were made to feel very welcome. Comfortable bed - fridge and microwave a nice extra. Free on street car parking and 10 minute bus service into Durham town centre. Tasty full English breakfast. Good value.

10.0I don’t normally review but this is an excellent B&B. William went above and beyond taking us into Durham and saving us the taxi fare. Room has everything you need and the cooked breakfast was really good too. Many thanks again.
