− TV didn't work, pool was closed due to other guests fouling the pool. No elevator. Otherwise great!

1.0− I didn’t like the guy who denied me and didn’t give me a refund and is ignoring my calls I came in about 11:30pm late and tired from a 6 hour drive and they denied me because they said I was local which I haven’t been for 4 years I don’t live in Montrose I moved to Fort Collins and they denied me it’s ridiculous and the guy who was really rude to me shouldn’t be working there and who ever is manager needs to answer the phone for my refund I will not be recommending this place to anyone
Complete garbage service and policy for people traveling

− Would not let my family and I check in cause we lived within 70 miles. Didn’t bother to call or let us know till we arrived even though they had that info at time of reservation.
