Room 10 is a spacious, triple room, overlooking the rear street with en-suite shower and toilet. The room is newly refurbished and has a double bed, a single bed and relaxing seating area with a sofa . It comfortably accommodates 3 adults or two adults and 1 child. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided and there is also a fridge and a flat screen TV. This room is located on the 4th Floor and we have no elevator so is not suitable for people with mobility issues.

A hairdryer and mini ironing board are supplied and an iron is available on request. Please note that this room is not centrally heated and has an electric storage heater.

It is newly refurbished with a shower and has a heated towel rail.

Room 16, located in the Attic, is a newly refurbished, mini suite with a double bed and possibly the quietest room in the building! Separated from the bedroom area, the seating area consists of a sofa and coffee table so you can relax after a busy day exploring. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided and there is also a fridge and a flat screen TV in the room. Please note that this attic room is on the fifth floor and accessed via several flights of steep stairs and there is therefore unsuitable for anyone with mobility difficulties - there is no elevator.

10.0Louise is an amazing host, the rooms are fabulous, she goes above and beyond for all her guests. Breakfast is incredible, and it feels like 'going home' when we visit!

10.0The location was great, just by the beach, close to shops/restaurants. The room was spacious and absolutely spotless. The balcony was an advantage. The whole property looked very nice, very taken care of and the hosts were very welcoming and attentive, explained the area and what events were happening that weekend.

8.0Alles sehr gut, die Lage ist fantastisch und die Inhaberin sehr freundlich. Es wurden Handtücher für Strand bereitgestellt
− Es ist zwar die oberste Wohnung (viele Treppen) mit wenig Gepäck kein Problem. Ohne Klima war es leider sehr heiß direkt unter dem Dach , Aber es gibt Ventilator

Check-in later than the specified latest check-in time must be confirmed in advance with the property. Arrivals after the stated times without prior arrangement, or failure to check-in at all, will result in being marked as a no-show and no refund given.
No smoking throughout (including from balconies and windows). A charge of GBP 100 is invoiced and charged to guests debit/credit for smoking in their rooms. This covers the replacement of bedding and specialist cleaning.
Please note that the property cannot accommodate stag or hen parties or large groups.
All breakages, damages and losses must be reported as soon as possible.
