8.0On the surface a nice room. On looking closer the room needs an upgrade. Very rundown bathroom that didn't appear clean. No wonder I bring antibac wipes when I stay in hotels! Staff were very good and welcoming. Comfy bed.

6.0My room was a bit shabby, particularly the bathroom - teeny, tiny and not comfortable to use; light flickered and went out so had to leave the door open! The dining room was adequate but had seen better days. However the staff were helpful and did their best. For the price I paid, I suppose I couldn't expect anything better.
Appalling service
2.0We specific asked how long the meal would take as we we arrived somewhere around 7.45. We were told 30 minutes so thought we’d have a drink. When we ordered our drink we said we were ready to order food to be told she couldn’t take our order for 30 minutes, annoying but ok we thought. 5 minutes later we were advised 1 hour so we cancelled our drink order and walked out. We were upfront in our questioning and they were not upfront with their answers.
