10.0Cjeli grad je čist uredan. Sve na svom mjestu. Sve uređeno. Ljubaznost osoblja je nadmašio moja očekivanja, od recepcionerke do čistačice I jedna čista desetka za konobara Andreja. Čovjek zna svoj posao ☺️
Avendo coniuge con problemi di alzheimer non ho potuto godere di tutte le opportunità.
7.0Colazione buona e varia, personale attento anche se, forse per il periodo, sotto organico. Singole persone con diversi incarichi.
− Organizzazione del personale per quanto riguarda la presenza nei vari spazi dell'albergo. Alcune volte reception senza personale, impressione di albergo vuoto (sarà stato per il periodo ?)
