10.0Wer als Gast behandelt werden möchte, und nicht nur als zahlender Kunde, ist im Schwan genau richtig. Äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Inhaber und Mitarbeiter sorgten für unser Wohl. Das reichhaltige Frühstücks Buffet stärkte uns für den Tag. Am Abend ist das hauseigene Restaurant sehr zu empfehlen. Für uns als Familie war die Lage perfekt: Bahnhof, Schiffsanleger und Badi am Zürichsee sind 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt. Parkgarage ist sehr nahe aber teuer wofür das Hotel aber nichts kann. Selten so ein gastfreundliches Haus erlebt. Bitte weiter so! Wir kommen wieder.

6.0− We waren met drie volwassenen en hadden de suite geboekt. Op de site staat dat de suite een dubbelbed, een enkel bed een sofa bevat. Er stond alleen een dubbel bed en een uitgetrokken sofa met een heel dun matrasje, bed onwaardig. Er is niemand aan het onthaal. Er ligt een omslag klaar met de sleutel en trek je plan. Spijtig!!
