− Chuveiro não esquentava, liguei para recepção informaram que iriam ver, não deram retorno, liguei novamente e a funcionária foi super grosseira e disse q já tinha pedido, atendeu soltando um "aaaaah". Com desprezo em atender o cliente. No fim, depois de uns 40 minutos esperando uma solução, me informaram que o frio era quente e o quente era frio.

9.0Os funcionários foram bastante prestativos quando precisei de ajuda (com a chave que tinha ficado dentro do quarto e depois para localizar apiários). O quarto é grande, a comida é boa, achei bom que a cancela lê a placa do carro e não precisava ficar pegando cartão toda vez.
− A localização não é privilegiada, apesar de ser perto da saída pra BR. A decoração com peles de vaca que achei um pouco pesada para um hotel tão lofty.
