7.0Location was very good. View and room were very good also.
− The shower was quite small and slippery when showering.
Premium price for below standard
3.0The host, Colin. Lovely and helpful. Restaurants and beach are nice and local.
− Everything was dirty, we felt uncomfortable. Lots of dust and the furniture smells and is very old. Also the consistent noise is a lot. And the mattresses need to be replaced.

− Apartment was clean but not outstanding. Furniture is fine but not outstanding.
Good location, clean room, comfy bed, scary elevator
6.0Despite being on the highway side (not the esplanade), the location is very good. Close to shops and restaurants and a short walk to the beach.
− The lift is terrifying. The lift is old and jerks when you arrive at a floor. Not just a small jerk, a jump. Some of the floor number lights don’t work. It needs a thorough service.
Dirty and disappointing
3.0The location.
− It was dirty and the room smelt like vomit mixed with bleach. There was Poo splatter in the toilet seat that I had to clean for my kids to use and one of the kids beds had blood stain on the sheets. It also smelt like vomit mixed with bleach it was very unpleasant stay. I also want to note that for a room that was 8 stories up there were windows that opened with out safety bars it seems very unsafe and I would want my kids to sleep in a room unsupervised. The lift also felt like it was going to fall everytime it stopped. Unsafe feeling.
