10.0We enjoyed our stay at the New Inn. Mark was welcoming on arrival, our room was an executive triple room, it was equipped with what we needed, the beds were very comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and the food was great. We sampled the local Sandford Orchards cider which was scrumptious! Breakfast was very tasty too.
Don’t hesitate to stay here.
10.0The best thing I can say is that it is exactly what I was hoping it would be. Perfect location, great bar and food, friendly locals and great staff. Room had everything I needed and the bed was very comfortable. Also, very quiet! Highly recommended!

10.0We adore this place and we've stayed so many times now that it feels like a home away from home. The very old thatched inn (dating from 1370) is absolutely beautiful and set in a gorgeous and tiny Devon village. The food is always freshly cooked and excellent, including the breakfasts, and the couple who run it are so welcoming. Of course the main attraction is the 41 year old and very chatty parrot, Captain! What's not to love??
