Everything’s just right.
10.0The location; very close to the beach, train station and all amenities. The hosts; very welcoming, kind, gentle and make you feel like home. The premise: elegantly decorated not too much. You feel like you are living in your own home, not like a hotel. Breakfast: simple but sufficient and delicious. Cleanliness: 10/10 Definitely coming back if ever visit Weymouth again.

Great place to stay & perfect location
10.0Excellent location, clean room with great facilities. Smooth check in with clear instructions for parking and permit. Breakfast choice was great, fresh fruit, toast, cereal, yoghurt & full english. Staff really friendly & helpful. Would definitely stay again.

A nice BnB in fact would go again , but not in the back facing room
4.0Owners friendly, great location , clean BnB, just right for a getaway.
− We thought we had booked a sea view in fact we are sure about it, but were given a strange and discomforting room (5) a back facing small room but with very high ceiling , with furniture from Grannys' Attic. Thinking on it alarm bells should have rung when Booking.com said after booking and paying that the BNB isnt confirmed until we contacted the owners and i didnt think to ask for confirmation we were getting a sea facing room.
