10.0Everything! The view and location. The owners were amazing and let us know about a carnival that was happening on the sat for us to have a great view of the procession passing by under our balcony. They gave us great info about where to eat too

Richard and Katy were excellent hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them, we stayed for 6 nights during a heatwav
10.0The property was just over the road from the beach with bus stops outside. The pier and town a fifteen minute walk. The property was clean and tidy as was our room which had mini fridge and tv and complementary tea coffee and biscuits.
− There was nothing to dislike in our opinion.

10.0All of it the hosts were lovely very accommodated the view was beautiful I will definitely miss that. If I come to Eastbourne again I would definitely stay here again. And my partner absolutely loved the cakes katie made. Thank you to both of them lovely stay
